Read the book in PDF: 356+x pages.   Hey, it's free. The book is best read by a PDF reader that displays two pages at a time, even page number on the left and the next (odd page number) on the right. (This is how it looks if you're laying a book flat and reading it.)
Description of the Book.   Here is a description from the back cover. (Some things dated and inaccurate -- changed as I wrote.)
Cover of the Book.   The book's cover as shown is the back-spine-front all in one piece. The picture above, and the larger one when clicked, are both png images of the actual cover. These do not hold up to enlargement. The actual cover, with extra trim lines, is the following PDF image (with another link above):
Complete Concordance of the book.   You can tell how often I use ugly adverbs like "just" and "very" or phrases like "of course". Look for bad words like the "f-word" or "whore".

In the source, I treat hyphens as blanks, so "one-shot" doesn't appear as a single entry on line 996, but as "one" and "shot" separately on that line.

The concordance does handle a single quote mark in a word,so "its" and "it's are separate entries.

Source for Concordance of the book   This source is simplified, with all formatting commands removed. For example, in line 11, "{they}" is really "{\empf{}they}". I didn't bother deleting the curly brackets.

You can use the line number from the concordance to look up in this source where a given word appears in the book.
