Most routine programming in this course will use
the language:

Python
(Introduction and References). |
You will not be allowed to use Java or C for any programming
in this course. (You'll see -- Python is fairly easy to use
for writing simple programs.)
We will study Python at the start of the course.
We may study several other specialized languages and write
programs in those.
